We are provider of children’s residential care home in Kettering based in Northamptonshire, offering 24 hours care 7 days to children and young people aged 10 to 18 years.

Who we are
Heart Sphere is set by the current directors, a team of educators who believes in delivery nurturing and quality care within a community. Having worked in care, in special need education, and in main stream colleges over 20 years, they have a real drive and belive in positive behaviour support approach. We have an in depth understanding of the children home regulations where each young person is unique and required a specific attention to details from his carer and a carefully and consistent use of his communication approach. Behaviour is an expression of feelings and needs. We are a Common Purpose Alumni with different leadership training throughout the organisation.
